The Role As an Administrator, youll be responsible for supporting, primarily, the Mortgage Adviser. Youll play a key role in ensuring that cases are processed smoothly, compliance standards are met, and clients receive the highest level of service. Input and manage new mortgage enquiries and applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout. Assist with all aspects of the mortgage process, from application to completion. Oversee all compliance requirements, ensuring cases adhere to regulatory standards. Handle general enquiries from prospects, clients, and third parties promptly and professionally.
