The Role

As FC youll own the companys financial operations and support the CFO in driving financial performance.

This role is key to ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient financial processes, and robust planning to support decision‑making across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring strong financial control and compliance.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and board packs, including KPIs.
• Lead statutory reporting, audit, tax filings, and liaison with external advisors.
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow modelling processes.
• Assist the CFO in preparing materials for investors, lenders, and potential acquirers.
