Our client is a respected membership organisation looking for an experienced Head of Engagement & Membership to lead the development and delivery of its membership strategy. The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the organisation's membership strategy, driving growth, retention and engagement while ensuring members receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey.
Leading a small Membership Services team, you'll work closely with colleagues across marketing, business development and stakeholder engagement to strengthen member communities, enhance the membership offer and create valuable networking opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering the overall membership and engagement strategy
- Driving membership growth, retention, renewals and progression across all membership levels
- Creating engaging member journeys, from onboarding through to long-term advocacy
- Developing initiatives to increase member satisfaction, loyalty and lifetime value
- Building and nurturing vibrant professional xgikmsk communities and mentoring programmes
- Planning and delivering an annual programme of member networking and engagement events
- Working collaboratively to continually enhance the member value proposition
- Using data and member insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Building strong relationships with members, partners, volunteers and key stakeholders
