They are looking to bring the payroll function in-house and are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team.

The Role

Youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of client payrolls from start to finish, ensuring everything is processed accurately, on time and in line with current legislation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing regular monthly payrolls
• Processing starters, leavers, salary changes and other payroll adjustments
• Producing and issuing payslips, P45s and payroll reports
• Ensuring payroll records are accurate and up to date
• Reconciling HMRC accounts and dealing with HMRC queries
• Managing day-to-day client payroll queries and gathering information required for processing
• Completing Auto-Enrolment administration, including pension uploads, communications and reconciliations xgikmsk
• Process P11d through payroll
• Maintaining accurate client records and payroll documentation
• Keeping up to date with payroll procedures, legislation and processes
• Working closely with clients to resolve queries and ensure deadlines are met
