Part-time Finance Manager, Charity, 20 hrs/week, Mainly Remote, £40k FTE

The Role
Reporting to the CEO (with support from a fractional Finance Director), you will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust reporting, strong controls and valuable financial insight. Key responsibilities include:
- Producing monthly management accounts with commentary and analysis
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
- Supporting strategic decision-making through financial insight
- Ensuring compliance, financial controls and governance (including charity SORP)
- Preparing year-end accounts and managing the audit process
- Acting as the internal lead for Xero
- Supporting non-finance teams with financial understanding
This is a varied, hands-on role with real impact.
