Our client is a private property investment and development group of companies based in Richmond. The business was originally established in the 1960's and its activities are specifically focused on the M4 corridor/ Thames Valley markets.
The Role
They are now looking for a Part Time Commercial Property Manager to join their established team. Supporting the Senior Asset Manager and MD, you will oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties ensuring smooth management, safety, security, and the maintenance of all building facilities. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with initiative, drive, and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Portfolio Management
- Act as primary contact for occupiers and contractors
- Oversee all maintenance and repairs, including regular inspections of properties
- Create and manage service charges. Set property budgets. Monitor costs.
- Oversee business rates for vacant properties.
Tenant Relations
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, contractors and service providers.
- Ensure responsive service delivery, customer satisfaction and value for money.
Lease Administration
- Understand lease terms and support tenant fit-outs.
- Maintain key property, lease and compliance documentation, using the property management system.
Facilities & Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, PPM and reactive repairs. xgikmsk
