We're working with a growing consulting business looking for a hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day financial and operational processes. This is a broad, varied role sitting right at the heart of the business. You'll make sure suppliers and employees are paid correctly and on time, invoices are raised and followed up, payroll and expenses are administered properly, and new starters have everything they need to hit the ground running. You'll have plenty of autonomy, working closely with the leadership team and an external accountancy firm. You don't need to be finance qualified; what matters is that you're confident with finance processes, highly organised and someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
