Our client is a UK based specialist firm offering expert foreign exchange (FX) and high value international money transfers, catering to both individual and commercial clients. They focus on providing competitive exchange rates, mitigating exposure to currency fluctuations and offering a personalised service through dedicated account managers who guide their clients through complex transactions.
They are now seeking an experienced FX Dealer to work as part of the 360 Sales Team. This is a varied and commercially focused position offering an opportunity to build and grow a high-value portfolio. Our clients strategy centres on creating long term business relationships with both private and corporate clients and the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities
- Managing client relationships
- Maximising productivity and lead generation
FX Dealers are also expected to provide leadership within the team, supporting managers in mentoring and assisting junior staff. Responsibilities include:
- Source leads through trade publications, newspapers, conferences, online platforms, and other relevant channels
- Secure new business through effective relationship building and consultative selling
- Conduct due diligence on prospective clients in line with company policies
- Ensure full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and all applicable Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements
- Maintain accurate records and system input in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards
- Demonstrate leadership within the 360 dealer team
- Support managers in mentoring, coaching, and assisting junior staff
- Contribute to maintaining a high-performance, professional team environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FX sales, financial services, or a similar business development role
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and manage a sales pipeline
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, including AML and FCA frameworks (or willingness to develop this knowledge)
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and relationship building
This is a full time role based in their Tring or London offices. The client offers an attractive base salary with uncapped commission and real development opportunity in their growing business.
