Our client is an established and growing foreign exchange specialist with an excellent reputation for building long-term relationships with both corporate and private clients. They're looking for an experienced Senior FX Dealer to join their high-performing team and take ownership of a portfolio of clients while continuing to develop new business opportunities. The Role

This is a true 360 role, combining business development, relationship management and foreign exchange dealing. You'll manage the full client journey, from identifying new opportunities through to executing trades and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and developing your own pipeline of prospective corporate and private clients
  • Researching target markets and identifying new business opportunities
  • Generating leads through proactive outreach, networking and referrals
  • Meeting with prospective clients to understand their foreign exchange requirements
  • Managing the onboarding process, including compliance and due diligence checks
  • Executing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Providing ongoing market insight and guidance to clients
  • Building long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Monitoring market movements to maximise value for both clients and the business
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high standards of administration
  • Acting as a senior member of the team, providing support and guidance to more junior colleagues where appropriate

About You

You'll already have a successful track record within the foreign exchange industry and enjoy developing long-term commercial relationships. We're looking for someone who has:

  • At least two years' experience in foreign exchange sales
  • A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of FX markets and trading
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • The confidence to engage with senior decision-makers and business leaders
  • A proactive, resilient and commercially driven approach
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and accurate administration

Competitive salary of around £30,000. Generous commission structure with excellent earning potential. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, office-based with some flexibility in line with business needs.
