Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking for a part-time or flexible role with a growing, client-focused business? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small, friendly wealth management firm where you'll deliver high-quality, tailored financial advice and enjoy the freedom to shape your working week.
You’ll work closely with one of the firm's founders to provide holistic financial planning across investments, pensions and protection, ensuring clients receive clear, compliant and practical advice that helps them reach their financial goals. As a Financial Adviser, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, conduct detailed reviews, and work alongside paraplanners and administrators to ensure every recommendation is well-researched and aligned to client needs.
The firm takes pride in its personal approach and flexible working culture—they're happy to consider reduced hours (minimum three days per week) for the right person.
What you’ll bring:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards (or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice
- Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
- Confidence working independently within a small, collaborative team
What’s on offer:
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience
- 35-hour full-time week or flexible part-time (min. 3 days)
