An excellent opportunity for a highly organised Part-Time Operations Administrator to join a growing renewable energy business supporting onshore wind assets across the UK.
The Role
Our client is seeking a reliable and well organised Part Time Operations Administrator to support the Operations and Asset Management team. This role is central to the smooth running of day to day operational activities and provides administrative, coordination and reporting support across the wind portfolio. Full training provided; no renewables experience required. Applications are welcome from individuals with strong administrative skills from any background who are keen to learn and develop within the role.
Key duties include:
- Administrative support to operations and management teams
- Coordinating contractor visits and site access
- Processing supplier invoices
- Maintaining operational records and documentation
- Updating trackers for outages, availability and works
- Supporting health & safety administration
- Liaising with regulators, network operators and metering providers
- General office administration
About You
You’ll be highly organised, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to manage tasks independently while supporting a busy technical team. You’ll demonstrate:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a small team
- Willing to travel occasionally for site visits or meetings
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in operations, engineering, utilities or renewables
- Familiarity with contractor management and metering providers
- Experience working in a small team environment
