This role offers the chance to work directly with one of the firm’s founders, combining hands‑on financial advice with a strategic advisory approach. As Paraplanner / Financial Advisor, you’ll deliver expert, regulated advice across investments and retirement planning – helping clients achieve their financial goals and feel confident about their future. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients and develop new client relationships providing high-quality, compliant advice and maintaining long‑term, trusted relationships. Working closely with paraplanners and administrators, you’ll ensure each recommendation is well researched, clearly communicated and fully aligned to client needs. This is a broad, hands‑on role – perfect for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Key areas include:
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.
- Conducting detailed fact‑finds, reviews, and portfolio updates.
- Delivering clear, tailored financial planning advice in line with FCA requirements.

- Ensuring all advice and documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.

About You
You’ll be working towards, or a qualified Financial Adviser, with solid experience in providing holistic, regulated advice. You’ll enjoy working as part of a small, dedicated team where your voice is heard and your input valued. You’ll also bring:
