The Role
As a Senior Test Analyst you’ll take the lead on functional testing for complex Oracle Fusion solutions and workflows. Your expertise will ensure high-quality software delivery through hands-on testing, defect management, and close collaboration with stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing
- Functional Testing: Perform end-to-end testing, including system, system integration, and user acceptance testing .
- Test Scenarios & Scripts: Define and maintain quality test scenarios using various design inputs.
- Defect Management: Develop and implement defect management processes, including raising and managing defects with vendors.
- Exploratory Testing: Apply exploratory techniques to improve test coverage and quality.
- Risk Management: Use risk-based testing techniques to prioritise workloads.
- Progress Reporting: Establish and maintain test progress dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to ensure seamless delivery.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and peer reviews for junior team members.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, experienced Test Analyst with a passion for quality and a proven track record in Oracle Fusion testing.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of functional testing experience across system, system integration, end-to-end, and UAT.
- Experience defining and maintaining test scenarios and scripts.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion (Finance) systems testing.
- Proven ability to define defect management processes and workflows.
- Ability to create and manage test progress dashboards .
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and vendors.
- Familiarity with risk-based testing techniques .
Desirable Skills:
- Security Clearance (or eligibility for clearance).
- Experience working in a consultancy environment .
- Background in the legal sector .
