About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who brings not just experience, but energy, insight, and a passion for problem-solving. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic change, helping clients clearly define their challenges and opportunities, and translating business needs into actionable outcomes.

As a senior member of the team, you will:

• Lead the full business analysis lifecycle – from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution design and delivery support.
• Guide and mentor junior Business Analysts, nurturing their growth and helping shape the future of our BA community.
• Bring a strong understanding of cyber security principles and how they integrate into wider business and technical environments.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, testers, and delivery leads across agile and waterfall environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex change initiatives with clarity and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• A strong track record of leading business change and delivering value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge and experience in cyber security — either from a project perspective or a strong foundational understanding.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset — ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
