You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative automation and low-code solutions while also mentoring junior team members and engaging with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives. This is a hands‑on technical role, but also one that requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to influence strategic automation initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy automation and low-code solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Client Engagement: Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, to shape automation strategies and demonstrate value.
  • Mentorship: Support and mentor junior developers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging Microsoft technologies, Copilot capabilities, and AI‑driven automation trends, bringing fresh ideas to client projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams, architects, and consultants to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Lead Consultant with a passion for intelligent automation. You’ll be confident leading engagements, shaping solutions, and bridging business and technology conversations. If you’re adaptable, innovative, and motivated by continuous learning, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Eligibility for Security Clearance.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot (e.g., Copilot Studio, Copilot in Power Platform).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions to C‑level executives.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading Developers.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, design, and analytical skills.
  • Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform and/or Copilot.
  • Previous RPA experience (UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure AI services or other enterprise systems.

What’s in It for You:

At Ten10, we believe in recognising and rewarding great work. Here’s what you can expect:

  • 25 Days of Annual Leave: Plus 1 extra day every year for the first three years, with a holiday buying scheme.
  • Pension Plan: Employer‑matched contributions up to 5%.
  • Health Benefits: Comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, optical, and alternative therapies.
  • Fitness Support: Subsidised gym memberships and a bike‑to‑work scheme.
  • Commuter Benefits: Season ticket loans to make travel easier.
  • Flexible Work Model: Hybrid working that fits your lifestyle.
  • Social Events: From annual kick‑offs and Christmas parties to team socials and sporting events, we love celebrating success together.
  • Training & Development: Tailored learning opportunities and full support for certifications to keep your skills sharp.
