IT Technician

Location: Leeds (Hybrid working model)

We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused IT Technician to join our internal IT team. The Role

You’ll provide hands-on IT support to colleagues across the business, ensuring systems run smoothly and staff receive outstanding service. From resolving day-to-day issues to supporting projects and maintaining our IT infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in keeping Ten10 connected and secure.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver 1st Line (and some 2nd Line) IT support across hardware, software, and core IT services

  • Build, configure, and deploy desktops/laptops for new and existing users

  • Maintain the IT asset register, ensuring accurate records of all hardware and software

  • Manage IT support tickets, providing timely resolution and clear updates

  • Assist with IT procurement in coordination with the Head of IT and Senior IT Technician

  • Contribute to internal IT projects and wider team initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • Experience providing IT support in a professional environment

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

  • Confidence working with hardware (laptops/desktops) and provisioning devices

  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach

  • Exposure to IT good practice standards (e.g., ITIL)

  • A willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new technologies
