We're looking for a Senior Content Executive to join our content team, working closely with England Rugby across their England Rugby and Red Roses brands to help grow, engage and deepen connections with their online audiences.

The Role

  • Support the planning and organisation of content across platforms
  • Create and publish planned and reactive content across social channels
  • Identify social and cultural trends that can become content opportunities — delivered with relevance and authenticity
  • Play a key role in matchday and live event content delivery
  • Contribute to ideation sessions, bringing forward creative ideas and formats
  • Support the development of content plans and calendars
  • Create and adapt content using tools (Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Work closely with Content Managers to ensure delivery of high-quality output
  • Monitor performance and apply learnings to future content

Who We Need

  • Demonstrable experience in managing and engaging with online communities
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and how to optimise for each
  • A proven ability to engage audiences and drive interaction
  • Experience creating and publishing reactive content
  • Strong copywriting with a sharp eye for detail
  • Passion for sport, in particular rugby
  • Willingness to work weekends in line with the sporting calendar
  • Experience working in a team environment

What We're Looking For

  • Experience using analytics tools to assess content performance
  • Some knowledge, and a desire to enhance existing know-how, regarding how AI can improve workflows, processes and delivery
