Class 2 Driver – Removals & Relocation Services
Location: Thurrock
Shift: AM or PM
Pay: £16.20ph, holiday accumulation 1 day every 10 working days
A leading UK support services group. Well-established and highly respected, we operate a large and modern fleet, delivering complex and specialist relocations across the UK. Their work spans far beyond standard office moves – including laboratory relocations, IT moves, heritage and museum projects, and high-profile commercial transitions.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Class 2 Driver to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role where driving is just one part of the job. You will be involved in:
- Packing, loading, and unloading items safely
- Supporting specialist relocation projects
- Working with a team of 2-3 drivers mates
- Providing excellent customer service during moves
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a skilled team delivering high-quality relocation services to public sectors.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Full Category C (Class 2) Licence
- Valid CPC Card
- Digital Tachograph Card (DQC)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good physical fitness and willingness to participate in manual handling
- A team-focused approach with the ability to lead small groups when required
