A very prestigious family-owned nationwide dairy company is offering several great working opportunities, looking to fill permanent sales positions across the local Warrington region with enthusiastic and results-driven individuals.
Your working hours will equate to up to 30 hours a week, from 12pm - 7.30pm Monday to Friday, however you will be paid for a full 40-hour week. Your hours include a paid hour break and travel time to and from the local office. You must have a UK driving licence and be happy to drive when and where required; however, there is a company vehicle available for you to use as part of your job.
The job role is for a door-to-door sales canvasser, paid £500 a week, which is £26,070 a year as a basic salary. You will also qualify to earn commission from day one.
Benefits & Compensation:- Commission scheme - Weekly retention bonuses (OTE up to £50k p/a).
- Up to 16 hours overtime available every weekend if required.

- Meet your team between 12-1pm at the Warrington office to be assigned areas.
- Drive to area in teams of 4 in one of their new company cars.
- Start working your assigned area from 1pm-3pm (usually working in pairs).
- Take an hour paid break from 3pm - 4pm.
- Continue to canvass your area from 4pm - 7.30pm.
- Ensure all customer orders and enquiries are submitted on your company tablet and uploaded back at the office after your shift.
- You will need to have at least 12 months recent customer service/sales experience.
- Any experience of door-to-door sales/canvassing or face-to-face customer contact/sales would be an advantage and ideal.
- A great attitude for sales and a drive to earn double your basic salary.
- Have your own UK driving licence.
- Advanced level English communication as a minimum.
- Have a good understanding of your location/area of canvassing.
- Be prepared to work evenings, in all weathers.
- Always be professional and respectful.
There is a one interview stage at the office in Altrincham, which will be an opportunity for them to learn about you as a person, your skill set, your mindset and your passion and drive for sales. You will have an opportunity to meet some of the team and learn what it is to succeed. The sales team across the UK currently consists of over 185 successful canvassers.
