Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- The provision of quality food and beverage products to a diverse client base.
- General cleaning duties within kitchen and public seating areas.
- Responding to management instructions.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy customer‑focused environment.
- Ability to work in all areas of Food and Beverage, including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events (desirable).
- Ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Welcome guests politely and maintain good customer relations.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
- Up‑sell with latest departmental incentives.
- Strive to achieve departmental targets.
- Prepare set‑ups for tables and/or rooms.
- Compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene/cleaning in restaurant/back‑of‑house areas.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
- Comply with local licensing laws.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Required Criteria
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good understanding of the English language.
- Must be available to work shifts between 6 am and 5 pm (e.g., 6 am‑12 noon, 11 am‑5 pm).

- 6 months food and beverage experience.
