Scope and Purpose of the Job
Due to our refurbishment we are recruiting Afternoon/Evening public area cleaners for our expanding team.
Public area cleaners are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the hotel including the Spa, restaurants and public areas, supporting our room attendants when necessary.

- 10 Donegall Square South
- Shifts
Shifts start from 3pm onwards and may go until midnight/1am depending on business needs.
No experience is required as full training will be given. Candidates must enjoy talking to our guests and providing excellent customer service.
- Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness of all public areas and spa changing rooms.
- Carry out lost property procedures.
- Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively.
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks, e. g. monthly deep cleaning and carpet shampooing.
- Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance/Engineering Department.
- Check public areas and toilets taking remedial action where necessary.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
- Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel's management.
