Fantastic Opportunity for a Project Manager (Hybrid working) to join a growing business based in North Devon.

As Project Manager, you will lead projects from customer enquiry or contract award through to production handover.

Working across business operations, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, within budget, and in line with customer, quality, and business requirements.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and apply a structured, gated project management approach to deliver successful outcomes Areas of Focus

  • NPI and development projects from launch to production handover.
  • Managing the critical path to ensure key deliverables, reviews, risks, and approvals are completed at each stage.
  • Create, manage, and maintain project plans
  • Liaison with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, issues, actions, changes, timing, cost, and quality performance.
  • Ensure customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and quality standards are understood and correctly flowed down.
  • Support APQP, PPAP, FAIR, FMEA, control plans, process validation, and other project quality requirements where applicable.
  • Lead project meetings

  • Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
