A specialist commercial law firm based in West London is looking for a fairly senior employment solicitor to work out of their Hammersmith office on a part-time, hybrid working basis. Please note there is likely to be lots of working from home available with this position, not fully remote but very close to, if preferred. The firm is looking for someone for the equivalent of 3 days per week but those days/hours can be worked very flexibly.
The successful candidate will be assisting clients with general employment advice including complex cases involving employment status, discrimination and whistleblowing, and provide representation at Employment Tribunals. The firm is ideally looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE. The firm would prefer someone permanent and salaried but is also happy to consider someone on an ongoing consultancy basis. Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
