A well established Law firm with offices in Surrey and East London is looking for a receptionist to work at their Wanstead office.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and via phone, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Copying ID, completing AML checks with firm guidance, and managing client queries. Making appointments and preparing for client meetings, including greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Handling incoming and outgoing post, including DX. Ordering and maintaining stationary supplies. Archiving and maintaining organised file systems. Opening files and updating records.
- Legal Support: Assisting fee earners and partners with administrative tasks. Communicating with third parties and other professionals, undertaking legal ad hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Recent experience as a receptionist/administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to reliably commute to Wanstead.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be Β£23,000 to Β£24,000 plus private medical insurance, company pension and free on-site parking.
