A Central London firm is looking for a solicitor to work in the real estate department at their office located a short walk from Liverpool Street Underground Station. Ideally, they are looking for a solicitor who has a minimum of 5 years' PQE, but there is some flexibility in that. Scope for plenty of remote working if preferred but some weekly in-office attendance will be required.
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
- Minimum 3/4 years Post Qualification Experience, however, we may be flexible on this dependent on experience and for someone with exceptional background.
- Experience in dealing with all aspects of Bridging/Secured Lending Transactions specifically on behalf of Lenders.
- Experience of general commercial property.
Proven experience is required in work such as:
- Preparing and dealing with loan documents.
- Third party mortgages.
- Deeds of priority.
- Dealing with borrowers' solicitors.
- Reviewing legal packs quickly and efficiently.
- Dealing with title insurance matters.
You will deal with a broad range of work that, among other areas, will include:
- Acting primarily on behalf of banks and short-term finance lenders.
- Dual and separate representation.
- Bridging and property finance.
- General commercial property.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but likely to be £70,000 to £80,000.
