A very well-established firm with offices across Lancashire is looking for a conveyancer to manage the residential department at the Lytham office.
Please note, the successful applicant will be able to work 2 days per week from home in this role.
The role will involve managing a high quality residential caseload as well as managing a team comprising of two trainees and three support staff. This is a very strong department, so the successful applicant is not coming into any kind of \’mess\’. Applicants should be solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers who have a minimum of 3 years\’ PQE in residential conveyancing work.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be around the 50k mark.
