A large high street firm is looking for a corporate solicitor to work at their office located near the North Hampshire/West Surrey border. Please note, the firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role with 2 days per week worked from home.
The firm would like to speak to solicitors who have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in corporate work.
Key Responsibilities:- Work on a range of share sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, and business disposals, supporting partners and senior solicitors and leading matters where appropriate.
- Assist with corporate restructurings and group reorganisations, including governance updates and redocumentation.
- Draft and review key transactional documents, including SPAs, disclosure letters, ancillary documents, and due diligence reports.
- Prepare and negotiate bespoke shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, and constitutional documents tailored to client needs.
- Support the implementation and administration of employee share schemes and company option arrangements.
- Conduct and oversee legal due diligence processes, preparing, organising, and reviewing supporting documentation.
- Handle completion and post-completion requirements to ensure seamless transaction delivery.
- Advise clients, particularly within the financial services and accountancy sectors, on a broad range of corporate and governance matters.
- Support asset purchases and sales by drafting ancillary documents and ensuring progress across all stages of the deal life-cycle.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be around 80k depending on experience plus various benefits including private health insurance and an achievable bonus scheme.
