Medium sized commercial law firm based in the Lancashire area looking for a senior commercial litigation locum solicitor to join them. The firm undertakes a lot of asset finance work and is in need of an experienced commercial litigation solicitor to take charge of one of their teams for a period of up to 12 months.
The firm are very busy and have a constant ongoing supply of work. Cases usually fast track or multi track, can be complex and up to £1 million in value. Experience of asset finance beneficial.
The firm will look at part time or full time hours and can be flexible. Ideally they would like someone to be primarily office based to start and then they will look at remote working ongoing (or office based if preferred). Start date as soon as you are able to, expected to run for up to 12 months. Firm are also looking on a permanent basis.
