A law firm in Cheshire are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to help out starting as soon as you are able for a period of approximately 6 months and possibly until the end of the year.
You will need to be confident handling the full range of conveyancing transactions including leasehold, new builds, shared ownership and freehold, and LEAP experience would be an advantage.
You will be providing cover for one of the team's solicitors who is currently off work and you should be able to offer guidance and supervision to junior members of the team.
This will be a part-time role of 3 days per week initially, although the hours could increase if necessary. Due to the need to support the team, this is an office-based role.
