Isle of Wight Pearl is hiring a Front of House Manager for Pearl Café on the Isle of Wight. This permanent, daytime role (40 hours per week) includes weekends, reporting to the Head Chef, and a starting salary of £31,200 per year plus commission and bonus.
You will lead the front of house team, develop excellent service, manage rotas and admin tasks, ensure allergens and health & safety compliance, and build strong customer relationships to grow our reputation.
