We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our dedicated team in providing outstanding service to our valued guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences in a boutique hotel setting.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials or promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and process bills efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in restocking service areas and supplies as needed
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy hospitality environment, preferably in boutique or 4*/5* hotels

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
