The ideal candidate will exceed in this position, without question, if they are able to successfully provide excellent customer service first and foremost. You can be either a current Recruiter or new to the Industry coming with excellent Customer Service skills and a commitment to procedural and legal compliance. The ability to aid customers' immediate and long term Manpower Planning and Recruiting requirements is essential, done so by completing set out daily tasks consistently to successfully source and qualify Drivers who will meet the clients needs. Following our processes for legal and procedural compliance, you will quickly understand the technical depth of the Logistics industry to become an effective talent partner if not already so, training will be provided if entering the Recruitment and Logistics industry for the first time.
Responsibilities
- Actively source and qualify candidates for our customer database for both immediate and planned needs. Our customer base spans supply to them of over 40 years
- Planning Drivers daily/weekly work rota's
- Customer Management, meeting needs and expectations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market, both customers and candidates
- Working to improve recruitment, procedural and sector efficiency
Qualifications
- Preferred although not essential - Qualification or equivalent workplace experience within either Recruitment, Supply Chain Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Customer Service
- Equivalent experience - Excellent Customer Service essential
- Recruitment and Client Sector Legislation will be trained
- Quota or goal oriented

- This role is office based in our Head Office, Coatbridge. We have our team spread across Europe in Hybrid roles e.g. Scotland, Lincolnshire, London, Dublin, France, Spain, Italy which shows our commitment to our team, keeping them where they want to be and allowing them to be on hand to support our customers locally
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday 0800-1700 office based
- Remote On-Call rotation to meet customers needs, basically have the on call mobile with you to answer calls if and when they arise out of office based hours. Currently 1 weekend in 4 and 1 night per week
