Job Title Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Skills/Experience Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor (minimum 4+ years post qualified experience) Steel background ideally, with some manufacturing awareness Specialist sub-contracting experience NEC3/4 Contract understanding and use is preferable Project Management ability Commercial acumen, pre and post contract Duties Contract Reviews Change control management Applications for payment Manage Sub-Contractor accounts Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) Project Reporting Hours of Work Dayshift – Monday to Friday Salary £55k to £75k per annum DOE Benefits Bonus scheme, Pension Contributions, Death in Service
