Our client, a leader in structural steel, is recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager for its facility in the Bellshill area.
Skills/Experience:
- Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor (minimum 4+ years post qualified experience)
- Steel background ideally, with some manufacturing awareness
- Specialist sub-contracting experience
- NEC3/4 Contract understanding and use is preferable
- Project Management ability
- Commercial acumen, pre and post contract
Duties:
- Contract Reviews
- Change control management
- Applications for payment
- Manage Sub-Contractor accounts
- Risk Management
- Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR)
- Project Reporting
Hours of work: Dayshift – Monday to Friday
Salary: £55k to £75k per annum DOE
