Ten Live Ltd are recruiting a Planning Administrator on behalf of our Industry Leading client based in Dumbarton for a 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Printing off and distributing build plans with the production stakeholders.
  • Supporting on updating data in spreadsheets.
  • Using emails to keep people updated on logistics/transport booking or anything expedited.
  • Mainly emailing, telephoning, printing and communicating with updates.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Comfortable with data input/updating.
  • Comfortable using the phone and good interpersonal skills.

Hours of Work:

Contract hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday – no hybrid working.
