This role will include:

  • Inducting new employees and coaching existing employees.
  • Running refreshing training sessions on best practice processes in travel and general customer service.
  • Performing quality reviews and spot checks to ensure trained processes are implemented correctly, including reporting and coaching on corrective actions based on findings.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and systems; supporting testing and implementation of new systems or system updates.
  • Delivering inductions, trainings and coaching sessions remotely, with potential classroom face-to-face sessions.
