Requirements
- Completed commercial or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry—tour operators or travel agencies—or at least 3 years in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
- Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and service orientation
- High quality awareness and attention to detail
- Full-time availability
- Career changers cannot be considered for this position
Hybrid / Remote Work Guidelines
- If you live within commuting distance of the office, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid model—at least three days per week in the office
