We are seeking a dedicated, professional German-speaking Lifestyle Concierge to join our dynamic team in the realm of Luxury Lifestyle Management. In this role, you will be the go-to person for our clients, offering personalized assistance and creating unforgettable experiences that elevate their lifestyle. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of requests and provide tailored services related to travel, dining, events, and more.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

- Document all interactions and keep comprehensive records of requests to ensure continuity and personalization in service.
- Actively contribute to the team's success by sharing insights and experiences.

Requirements
- Fluency in both English and German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service, concierge, or lifestyle management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in online research and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- Passion for customer service and a keen understanding of luxury lifestyles.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service to enhance their experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
Working Pattern
The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work on a rotational shift basis from Monday to Sunday. Shifts will be scheduled as either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, with 5 consecutive working days, within operating hours of 08:00 to 20:00 GMT. This is a full-time position, requiring a total of 40 working hours per week.
