We’re on the lookout for a Luxury Concierge Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this exciting role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to turn dreams into reality, curating unforgettable experiences for our members. Whether it’s booking a serene spa weekend, finding the best local food markets, arranging golf lessons, or securing a sailing school spot, you’ll use your creativity and expertise to deliver personalized solutions that exceed expectations.
What You’ll Do

Fulfill a variety of exciting and diverse requests: From straightforward tasks like checking availability to complex arrangements like organizing bespoke itineraries.

Provide top-notch, lifestyle-driven solutions: Tailored perfectly to our members’ needs and desires.

Work closely with a network of contacts and resources: Ensuring every request is met with precision and flair.

Handle anything that comes your way: From retail recommendations to seamless taxi transfers – no challenge is too big or small!, The shifts are from Tuesday – Saturday. The majority of shifts will be 9am- 6pm GMT but will involve one late shift each week from 12pm-9pm GMT. You’ll work 40 hours per week.
