  • Ensure all partnerships (offers, events, retail activations) meet closed‐user‐group standards and deliver measurable value.
  • Monitor partner performance, redemption data, and member demand to recommend improvements and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Propositions, Marketing, Client Services) to ensure smooth implementation and promotion of offers.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate internal records (CRM, spreadsheets, contracts), managing administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to keep our portfolio best in market.

Essential requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in partnerships, business development, or account management.
  • Strong track record negotiating and managing offers and events in the retail industry.
  • Hands‐on event and activation delivery experience.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially driven, with a proactive approach to growth.
  • Strong communicator who keeps teams and stakeholders aligned.
  • Resilient under pressure, with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and positive team player.
  • Detail‐oriented with high standards of quality and delivery.

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience with premium or luxury brands.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office:

  • Located in London. Please note that you will be asked to enter a hybrid working arrangement, at least 2x a week in the office.
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
  • You must meet our minimum internet speed requirements.
  • Please note this is a 6 month fixed‐term contract.
