Join our team as a Lifestyle Manager - Travel - Arabic speaking. We are looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful individual to join our Travel team. As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of our members, including luxury journeys for high-net-worth members and complex flight-inclusive itineraries covering several destinations within the MENA region, Europe, US, and Asia.
Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgment, and passion for travel will deliver superb member satisfaction and high levels of supplier revenue.
Overview of responsibilities:- Advise our customers - Premium Cardholders - on the phone, chat, and by email in English and Arabic.
- Design requests by telephone and email in professional English & Arabic for individual trips (flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP service).
- Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, obtaining visas, and administrative processing.
- Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
- Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries, promotions, and exclusive events.
- Conducting research and putting together proposals.
- Maintaining up-to-date records for our members.
- Representing TEN and promoting our concierge value.
- Only candidates who currently reside and have the correct visa rights to live and work in the UK will be considered.
- Fluency in English and native Arabic is required. Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST.
- Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism.
- Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or in a travel agency.
- Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge.
- Are service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values.
- Are available on a full-time basis (40hrs per week).
- Flexibility: ability to work a 5-day work week between the hours of 6:00-21:00 GMT from Monday - Sunday.
