To complement our team in the United Kingdom, we are looking for an Arabic-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management.

Overview of responsibilities
- Advise premium customers by phone and email in Arabic and English.
- Process customer requests from offer preparation to billing, including restaurant/club reservations, gifts, tickets, spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, and sightseeing.
- Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
- Prepare tailor‑made offers, travel documents, itineraries, visas, and administrative processing.
- Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events.
Requirements
- Excellent professional Arabic and English skills (C2 level).
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent, preferably in tourism.
- Several years of experience in the travel industry, tour operation, or luxury concierge/hospitality.
- Knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus) and strong destination knowledge.
- Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.
- Service‑oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Available full‑time (40 hrs per week).
Hybrid / Home Office option
- Located in the United Kingdom.
- Hybrid model available: at least 3 days per week in office.
- Secure home office with minimal background noise.
- Must meet minimum internet speed; verified during recruitment.
