As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of window and door installation and specialist glazing projects from start to finish. You’ll be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met while leading a team of skilled installers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- The site manager will control day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Coordinate installation schedules, materials, and labour.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a site manager in construction or ideally fenestration, or double glazing.
- Strong knowledge of window and door systems (uPVC, aluminium, timber).
- Familiarity with commercial and social housing project requirements a benefit, but not essential.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
