The Role

As Contracts Manager, you’ll take charge of multiple commercial contracts simultaneously within the social housing sector — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the key link between clients, site teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Look after multiple window and door installation contracts from pre-start to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, site managers, and installation teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
  • Monitor budgets, timescales, and quality throughout each project
  • Prepare progress reports and manage contract variations or issues

  • Full UK driving licence required
