We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager with a strong background in double glazing, windows, and doors installation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked as a Senior Window Fitter, Fenestration Surveyor, or Installation Manager and is ready to step into a new and developing sector with flood defence systems and windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities
- The site manager will coordinate with installation teams on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Oversee health & safety compliance and quality control across all installations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery.
- The site manager will conduct site surveys where required and provide technical support and assistance.
- Manage schedules, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in double glazing, fenestration, or window/door installation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of fenestration, double glazing industry and the installation process is essential. A retail installation background would fit well.
- The site manager will need to liaise with installers and help resolve install issues.
- You will need to be able to resolve completion issues, snag and ensure install completion.
- Full UK driving licence.
