The Role
As Contracts Manager, you’ll take charge of multiple commercial contracts simultaneously within the social housing sector — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the key link between clients, site teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- As the contracts manager you will look after multiple window and door installation contracts from pre-start to completion
- Coordinate with clients, site managers, and installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
- Monitor budgets, timescales, and quality throughout each project
- Prepare progress reports and manage contract variations or issues
- Support and motivate fitting teams and subcontractors to achieve performance targets.
About You
