The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in managing costs, contracts, and procurement across a range of specialist projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
  • Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts.
  • Monitor project progress and control costs throughout the life-cycle.
  • Conduct site visits and liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations.
  • Help provide detailed reports and financial forecasts to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within fenestration or construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, contract law, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
  • Degree in quantity surveying or related field (RICS accreditation desirable).
