The Opportunity
As Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for all day-to-day functions across the business, ensuring operational efficiency, commercial performance, and a culture of continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands the unique demands of glass processing and sealed unit manufacturing within high volume quality critical production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational leadership — The Managing Director will oversee all production, processing, quality, logistics, and commercial functions

- Strong understanding of toughening, cutting, CNC processing, IGU lines, and quality systems
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced production environment
- Commercial awareness and confidence making strategic decisions
- A leadership style that is structured, decisive, and people-focused
