As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations across our fabrication facility.
The Role:
Reporting directly to MD, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and profitability in a results-driven environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational understanding, exceptional people management skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding performance through your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the fabrication facility, from production and quality control to logistics and customer satisfaction.
