- Strengthen systems, controls, and financial processes to support scale.
- Manage banking relationships, auditors, and external advisors.
- Produce meaningful KPI reporting and management information.
- Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance.
About You
We are seeking an experienced Finance Director or an ambitious senior finance professional ready to step into a broader strategic leadership role. You will ideally bring:
- Qualified accountant status (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience within manufacturing, construction, building products, or related sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
- Experience operating within owner-managed or entrepreneurial businesses.
- A hands-on approach combined with board-level credibility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving growth environment.
Experience within the glazing, fenestration, construction products, or social housing sectors would be an advantage, but not essential.
Why Join?
- Significant influence within a growing and profitable business.
- Opportunity to shape strategy and future direction.
- Executive-level visibility and autonomy.
- Dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
- Long-term career opportunity with substantial growth potential.
